LifeFitness is located in 2 private clubs - Spotlight Recreation Club (SRC) & Telford Recreation Club (TRC), with more than 250,000 square feet offering full range of club facilities.  It provides more than 50 free lessons per week including yoga, dancing, and spinning.  Aiming at offering a total relaxing experience for your mind and body, all classes are taught by internationally certified coaches.

The two locations have a total of four Yoga/Dancing studios, fully equipped with sound system, air conditioning, and specialized equipments for both Yoga and dancing classes.  Some of the studios are equipped with heating and ventilation systems for the Hot Yoga classes, which allow our members to have Yoga practice in the most proficient environment. Besides, our indoor heated pools in both locations will allow you to swim all year round, even in the depths of winter.
